Promotion and Tenure materials uploaded to Faculty Success and automatically released to the Department Personnel Committee for review on 9/19

September 26, 2025

Suggested due date can be earlier

Department committee feedback on portfolio(s) due. Findings and feedback are submitted to the chair, dean, and candidate in Faculty Success. Portfolio automatically moves forward at the due date.

Candidate(s) have 10 days to provide an optional reply.

September 30, 2025

Faculty Notify Deans of Intent to apply for Promotion and/or Tenure in the upcoming year.

October 24, 2025

Suggested due date can be earlier

Department chair submits portfolio review and recommendation(s) to the dean and candidate(s).

Candidate(s) have 10 days to provide an optional reply.

November 7, 2025

Firm deadline!

Faculty Success portfolios released to College Personnel Committee to review
December 3, 2025

The College Personnel Committee sends Letters of Recommendation to the dean and candidate(s).

Dean reviews portfolios and submits recommendations to the Provost/VPAA and candidate.

January 30, 2026 Faculty Success releases portfolios to the Provost鈥檚 level review.
February 20, 2026

Provost submits portfolio review and recommendations to the President and candidate.

Candidate(s) have 10 days to provide an optional reply.

March 27, 2026 Promotion and Tenure recommendation letters from the President to the candidates.

Firm deadline!

All faculty not undergoing fifth-year or post-tenure review must submit evaluation portfolios in Faculty Success.

Portfolios automatically advance to the supervisor after the due date.

March 31, 2026

Department chair鈥檚 annual review of faculty due in Faculty Success

April 10, 2026

Administrator (i.e., chairs, directors, deans, associate deans, etc.) performance evaluation portfolios due in Faculty Success

April 30, 2026

Firm deadline!

All administrative evaluations of annual performance due in Faculty Success.
